By installing any Morkerr scraper or extension (including PriceLister), using morkerr.com, or purchasing Pro, you agree to these terms. Our store policies are part of these terms.
Every Morkerr scraper includes a free Lite version, available as a direct download and/or a Chrome Web Store listing. Free tiers limit records or features but let you verify that the scraper works on the exact site, region, and data you need before paying.
Please install and test the free version before purchase. It is the intended evaluation period. Most reasons for dissatisfaction — website layout, blocked or rate-limited access, regional availability — are visible in the free version.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Lite is limited as described on each product page (for example, PriceLister Lite is limited to 100 scraped records). Pro requires a valid paid license key.
You must comply with each website's terms of service and applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use exported data. Do not use Morkerr tools for fraud, spam, credential harvesting, or circumventing technical access controls.
Scrapers depend on third-party websites that may change their structure, add anti-bot or login walls, geo-block access, rate-limit, or shut down entirely. Because of this, a scraper can occasionally stop working until it is updated. We maintain scrapers on a best-effort basis and release updates when needed; we do not guarantee a specific fix timeline, uninterrupted scraping forever, or that every website change will be supported.
Troubleshooting support is included with every purchase and is available for any issue. If something is not working, contact support@morkerr.com or the Help page first so we can diagnose and resolve it.
Pro purchases are sold through Paddle as merchant of record. Because a free trial is available for every scraper, Pro licenses are not refunded for change of mind or for reasons visible in the free trial (such as a target website changing, blocking automated access, or regional availability).
Refunds are considered only after troubleshooting has been attempted first and the issue remains genuinely unresolved, limited to:
Send refund requests to support@morkerr.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details; final refund decisions may follow Paddle's policies as merchant of record. Custom scraper work may have separate terms agreed before delivery. Chargebacks or misuse may result in the license key being revoked.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, marketplace account actions, scraping inaccuracies, or downtime caused by third-party website changes.
We may revoke license keys for abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the product at any time by uninstalling the extension.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of morkerr.com, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
