Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record and handle taxes, invoices, payment security, and checkout emails depending on the final Paddle setup.

License Delivery

After a successful purchase, the buyer should receive a product-specific license key by email. The extension will use that key to unlock Pro features for the purchased scraper.

Refunds

Refund handling should be reviewed case by case for duplicate purchases, accidental orders, or product access issues. Custom scraper work may have separate terms agreed before delivery.

Privacy

Morkerr product pages may use payment, analytics, and support tools. License activation should store only the data required to validate the purchase, such as product ID, license status, customer email, and activation metadata.

Responsible Use

Customers are responsible for using scraper products in compliance with applicable laws, platform terms, and data protection requirements.
